RaeLeann Smith
RaeLeann’s practice focuses on representing clients throughout the eDiscovery process on complex litigation matters. Matters on which she currently works include lawsuits brought by public clients who have alleged significant contamination of groundwater and other natural resources by toxic and hazardous substances. Prior to joining the firm, RaeLeann led large eDiscovery teams at tech and consulting firms to assist clients in preparing for and responding to discovery requests throughout all discovery phases.
RaeLeann graduated from The John Marshall Law School, where she was a member of the Fair Housing Clinic, Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Counsel, and an editor of the Journal of Computer and Information Law. RaeLeann also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University.
